Functional Features
1. Under the condition that the gas and liquid are fully mixed,the pressure is increased to force the gas to overcome the surface tension of water and passively dissolve.
2. At the same time, the speed of the water flow is controlled so that the bubbles stay in the oxygen cone for a long enough time. Therefor, the oxygen cone should be used with booster pumps,jets and other equipment.
3. The gas source is an oxygen generator or an oxygen bottle (oxygen purity is greater than90%).After the gas-water mixture enters the oxygen cone, due to the special structure of the oxygen cone,the water flow speed at the top will be lower than the water flow speed at the bottom, and the bubbles will continue to follow the water flow. In the process of descending, after continuous convergence, the diameter will become larger and larger, so the buoyancy it bears will also become larger and larger.
4. When the upward buoyant force on it is greater than the thrust of the current on it, the bubble will tend to move in the direction of the counter current.
5. In this way, in the interior of the oxygen cone, small bubbles will be formed to move down with the water flow, and the large bubbles at the bottom will move up under the action of buoyancy.
6. Therefore, a large number of air bubbles will stay in the water body for a long time, increasing the tie for oxygen to penetrate into the water through the gas-liquid interface. As a result, high-oxygen water saturated with dissolved oxygen is produced.
